  • Toadstool shaped coaster with red spots, made from stoneware off-white, buff clay.

Description: Each coaster is cut out by hand from rolled out sheets of off-white, buff earthenware clay. When the clay is leather hard the designs are carved in. Stamps are then used for addition details. Once biscuit fired, the coasters are modestly decorated with oxides and colourful glazes to emphasize the natural colour and texture of the clay. 
 
  • The back of each coaster is finished with quality rubber feet to stop slipping and marking on surfaces.
  • As the coaster is made from stoneware, it is very easy to clean with a wet cloth. 
  • This drink coaster will make an ideal home warming gift or a special present for any other occasion.
  • The quirky and minimalist design would fit in perfectly with contemporary or traditional decor. 
  • Please note that all my pieces are handmade. Finishes and sizes may vary slightly. Each piece is unique and made to the highest standard.
  • The actual colours of the work may differ slightly due to the different screen settings.
