Postage & Delivery

Online shop orders will normally be dispatched to you within 1- 2 working days.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class FREE DELIVERY. Before the Checkout, there is the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class, Trucked 24 or Trucked 48. Larger items are posted by Parcelforce or APC. Please check the individual products for details on delivery.

Delivery is FREE within the UK only. If purchasing from outside the UK please contact me first for postage costs.

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact me immediately via email to arrange a return. Once the goods are returned undamaged, your transaction will be refunded. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

In the event of breakage please notify me immediately and send a picture of the damaged goods and of the damaged packaging to substantiate the claim with the carrier. (We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).
