Making a Purchase
Just browse the online shop and click on any items that you wish to buy. You will be able to purchase and pay securly online by debit or credit card and Pay Pal. Bank transfer can be arranged, please contact me for details.
If you like anything in one of the online galleries, please contact me via email and purchase may be arranged. Also if you are after specific colours or designs then again please contact me via email with your requirements. Please allow 3-8 weeks making time from order placement of commissions. Non refundable deposit is arranged for some commissions.
Please note, each piece is hand made and unique and the image shown is a photograph of the actual item you will receive.
Postage & Delivery
Online shop orders will be normally be dispatched to you within 2 working days.
Most orders are sent by 2nd class registered post so will require a signature. Registered post is not used for some smaller items. Larger items are posted by My-Hermes or APC. Please check individual product for details on delivery. If you need it to be delivered 1st class, please contact me.
Delivery is Free within the UK only. If purchasing from outside the UK please contact me first for postage costs.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact me immediately via email to arrange return. Once the goods are returned undamaged, your transaction will be refunded.
In the event of breakage please notify me immediately and send a picture of the damage goods to substantiate the claim with the carrier.
